Join Rhythm & Blues Cambridge for our annual Emancipation Day Celebration. A vibrant day of culture, community, music, and freedom as we honour the legacy of Emancipation while celebrating the richness and diversity of Black culture.

Enjoy an unforgettable lineup of live entertainment featuring artists and performers from across Canada, including Tony Anthony, internationally acclaimed reggae artist; JUNO Award winner Elaine Shepherd, known for her powerful gospel and inspirational performances; Kiaro McLean, an JUNO award-winning reggae artist celebrated for his authentic roots sound and conscious lyrics; Corden Barrett, a gifted musician and performer bringing soulful Caribbean rhythms; and our headline band Razalution, an energetic reggae band known for delivering powerful live performances that keep audiences dancing.

Experience the vibrant cultural performances of the Junkanoo Legends Dancers, the energetic Revellers, talented local poets, and many more performers throughout the day.

There is something for everyone! Families can explore our Kids' Corner, enjoy interactive workshops, browse our diverse vendor marketplace, connect with local community organizations, and indulge in delicious food from a variety of vendors.
