To continue to support the work that we do, the Agency is looking for a full-time Document Imaging Clerk to join our team to fill an existing vacancy.

The Document Imaging Clerk is responsible for processing/digitizing paper and electronic documents and inputting the information into the Agency's data management systems.

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:

  • Secondary School diploma
  • One to three years’ experience working in a position involving data entry and records
  • Ability to convert documents to PDF, complete basic editing tasks, and operate standard imaging hardware such as scanners and multifunction devices.
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills
  • Computer literacy including excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and the ability to quickly learn new software packages
  • Demonstrated ability to attend to detail
  • Demonstrated communication and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team

Employment at Family & Children's Services of the Waterloo Region is conditional upon the verification of credentials and employment, a satisfactory police check, and a satisfactory Child Welfare check.

Salary Range: $37,668.30- $ 45,256.38per annum (Office & Clerical, Grade 3)

Hours of Work:  34 hours per week
