Diamond Family Member—$10,000
A leadership gift at the Diamond Family level would provide a deserving youth from this community a two year educational scholarship to an accredited college, university, or training program, ensuring the transition to a successful life.  To recognize this very special gift we would like to:
 *Have a representative from your organization award this unique scholarship (in your organization’s name) to a successful recipient at our Annual General Meeting in June;
 *Invite representatives from your organization to present the cheque at campaign kick off event with a brief opportunity to address the audience of families and business leaders outlining your organizations commitment to this community’s youth;
 *As a leading supporter of this year’s CHYM FM Tree of Hope campaign, a representative from your organization will be invited to attend an on air interview during the Radiothon to explain why your organization supports this campaign;
 *Thanked prominently in spring newsletter announcement of event results;
 *Plus all the benefits of the Amethyst Family level;
 And the benefit of knowing you have helped a child from this community break the cycle of poverty and dependence, making the successful transition to a self-supporting life!

Ruby Family Member - $5,000
A gift at the Ruby Family level would ensure that seven survivors of childhood sexual abuse would receive the specialized counseling necessary to move beyond the trauma to build healthy, positive futures.  To recognize this very special gift we would like to:
·* Invite representatives from your organization to present the cheque at one of the kick off event;
·* Plus all the benefits of the Amethyst Family level.

Emerald Family Member - $2,500
A gift at the Emerald Family level would ensure that four families in crisis would receive timely parent-teen mediation, preventing youth from coming into our care due to parent/teen conflict.  To recognize your organization’s special gift we would like to:
· ·* Early commitment will ensure that Emerald Family members will be acknowledged at the kick off event;
·* Plus all the benefits of the Amethyst Family level.

Amethyst Family Member  - $1,000
A gift at the Amethyst Family level would ensure that three children in our care would have the opportunity to enjoy recreational programs such as team sports and summer camps. To recognize your organization’s gift we would like to:
·*A permanent token of acknowledgement to display in your place of business;
·* Recognized in the Annual Foundation Report;
·* Invitation to the “Breakfast of Champions” hosted by 96.7 CHYM FM and Family & Children’s Services Foundation;
· *Mentioned on official CHYM FM and Family and Children Services web site;

Radiothon Sponsor

The CHYM FM Tree of Hope Radiothon is the crown jewel of this Tree of Hope campaign.  During our Radiothon last year, listeners learned about the miracles happening every day at Family & Children’s Services.  To help educate listeners about some of the miracles that have happened, this year we have created a series of short vignettes.  Each vignette tells a story of a child that has benefited from the funds raised by the Radiothon.  As a Radiothon sponsor, your company will play a special part in educating listeners on how their current donations have helped vulnerable children and youth in Waterloo Region, and, most importantly, encourage listeners to call in.
· Your business will have the opportunity to sponsor a portion of the Radiothon, which will help us to raise donations on-air for that specific timeframe.  During that time, we will promote that your company will donate/match a certain dollar amount to the campaign once a predetermined number of pledges have been made.  Your business name will be heard by 220,000 CHYM listeners;
· Signage with company logo at Tree of Hope Radiothon promotional events including the broadcast location at Fairview Park.
